This workshop is for actresses and actors who wish to be more conscious about their body in the space, specifically on stage. How do I move, how do I stand, how do I walk, how does my body exist on stage along with my acting.

This is for everyone who wants either to have an insight on movement skills for acting or explore them from another point of view.

The workshop will be in English so each participant needs to understand the language, but his assistant will help for those who need a bit of French translation.

Ce stage est destiné aux acteur.ices qui souhaitent avoir mieux conscience de leur corps dans l'espace, particulièrement en jeu. Comment je bouge, comment je me déplace, comment je me tiens, comment je marche, comment mon corps existe-t-il dans l'espace avec mon jeu.

Si vous voulez avoir un aperçu de techniques de mouvement pour le jeu ou simplement les explorer de nouveau, ce stage est pour vous !

L'enseignement se fera en anglais. Il n'est pas nécessaire de le parler parfaitement, seulement de comprendre la langue un minimum pour être à l'aise. Son assistante sera là pour aider et traduire si besoin.
